Bar is the Director of Growth & Operations at Tavivian Group, part of Douglas Elliman, one of New York’s leading real estate groups. The group operates across multiple areas of the New York real estate market and has been involved in transactions totaling approximately $1.7 billion over the years. In his role, Bar works closely with the group’s founders, leading business development, operations, and technology. He drives growth initiatives, implements AI and automation solutions, and builds scalable operational infrastructure.
